One month after Hurricane Ike ravaged Galveston Island the Red Cross and other government agencies are pulling out, leaving the island with a large homeless population. New Caney High School Journalism students have been invited to document efforts by a group of ministers, working with Galveston ISD officials, to restore the Island.
